When you took over my care from my previous dentist, who retired, I was concerned that I would not be at ease or as confident with the treatment and management 1 had been receiving for years; changing to a different dentist seemed a big leap of faith. However, within the duration of my first consultation and examination with you, my respect for your approach and opinion was gained and this respect and indeed faith has just grown and grown and I have every confidence in what you do. When you moved to the Harbour Orthodontic Practice, I had no hesitation in transferring my care to ensure I would remain under your expert care.
I have had a lot of dental work, both throughout childhood and the ensuing years; our family dentist was a very close friend of my parents and looked after me exceptionally well for many, many years; so having a 'stranger' care for my mouth and teeth was always going to seemingly be an ordeal. However, your approach, the explanations of care/treatment plans and upmost diligence can only be regarded as 'the best'. You are gentle, considerate and so understanding of the individual and their needs.
The treatment l have received has been absolutely painless and stress free; always undertaken with the option for 'hands up' if at any time a break is required! The results have, without exception, been excellent and include root canal treatment, a replacement crown, new crown, replacement fillings, as well as general oral care and advice.
My husband is also extremely happy with the care and treatments he has received and always commented how pain-free these have been. Each time he visits he compliments the care he gets and the result attained.
I would recommend you to anyone and everyone. Even the most anxious patient; who would rather never have their teeth looked at and cared for; would find sitting in your dentist chair a 'good' experience.
